• By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.• I can change my prices without notice even if you have a reserved slot on my list so please keep that in mind.• NFT usage is strictly forbidden.• Do not claim my art as yours.•You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.• You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL/PRIVATE use only (ie. NOT for sale).

As the artist:

• By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.• I can change my prices without notice even if you have a reserved slot on my list so please keep that in mind.• I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.• I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.• I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

When you place an order:

• Before ordering please state if you want "alt" versions of the same commission, such as different outfits, etc.
I will charge +15% ~ 50% on top of the base price for each extra "alt" version. (price will vary depending on complexity)• You will then get a reply from me discussing the details (if needed) as well as me confirming your slot.• I reserve the right to make changes to your request as I see fit unless otherwise discussed. To guarantee the total accuracy of your commission request, please make note of the required details and elements in the template.• If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge a fee to include these details. This fee will be stated before the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request (eg. change the character, agree to simplified design changes) before the transaction is complete.• Before taking part in any transaction, you must wait for a reply so we can discuss the details.

When paying:

• I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.• I will only accept USD via Paypal as payment unless discussed beforehand. You are responsible for making currency conversions.• It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed.• After 100% of the payment is sent, I will start Sketching. The Sketch will then be sent to you for feedback.• I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.• Payments via Paypal are sent via Invoice method only unless otherwise stated.• I allow up to 2 major changes in the piece after lineart is done. Anymore than that and you will be asked to pay extra per change. Minor changes are okay.

For streaming:

• Commissions that will be used for physical items (i.e. selling my artwork/designs as prints, keychains, shirts etc.) must have and additional x3 price increase to offset losses.• Any use of my artwork that is non-profit is permitted (i.e. streaming assets, vtuber / pngtuber models)• Prices will be discussed and decided in direct messages.

For games, websites, etc:

• Commissions that will be used for physical items (i.e. selling my artwork/designs as prints, keychains, shirts etc.) must have and additional x3 price increase to offset losses.• Prices will be discussed and decided in direct messages.

What I will draw:

• I can draw original characters / fanart.
• I can draw ship art: OC / CC, etc.• I can draw Humans / Humanoids / some anthro.• I can draw gore / non-fetish NSFW.• I can design original characters or outfits if given moodboards or images for inspiration.• I can draw full body character references.• I can design layouts, graphics, and assets for websites / carrds / etc.

What I will not draw:

• I will not draw characters that I think will not fit my style, or that I am not skilled enough in drawing. This includes animals, furries (EXCLUDING human-like designs), and eldery people.• I will not convert real people into my art style, this includes pets as well.• I will not draw fetish art or things I believe sound fetishy.• I will not draw for game currency.• I will not draw anything using only descriptions.
